On Sunday the 5th of November, centred around the inland port of Maastricht, the Bassin, in the old factories of earthenware manufacturer Sphinx, a brand new festival packed with word, film and music arises: Words on Fire.
Words on Fire is a brand new festival in Maastricht bringing a unique combination of international literature, alternative pop music and film. Hot new talents will share the stage with well-established musicians and authors.
The festival will take place on Sunday 5 November from 14.00 – 23.00 on multiple stages of Muziekgieterij and Lumiere Cinema.
This festival is a collaboration of Muziekgieterij and Lumiere Cinema and the Crossing Border festival which will celebrate its 25th edition 2,3 and 4 November in The Hague.

Tickets are available online or at the box office of Muziekgieterij and Lumière Cinema, Maastricht.
* In order to receive your festival wristband, you must display your discount card at the entrance.
